Banquet menu for parties of 8 or more

 

Thank you for considering Touché for your next special event! All banquet packages are available as buffet style and we are open to adding selections to any of the banquet packages and discuss pricing accordingly.  Our full bar is available as an open bar, no host bar, or with drink tickets. Individual pool table reservations are available to parties of 15 and up.

Two topping pizza and choice of salad or appetizer. $15.95

Two topping pizza, choice of salad, and appetizer. $17.95

Two topping pizza, choice of pasta, and choice of salad or appetizer. $18.95

Choice of pasta, choice of entrée, and choice of salad or appetizer. $24.95

Choice of pasta, choice of entrée, choice of salad or appetizer and choice of dessert. $28.95

APPETIZERS

BRUSCHETTA  Grilled slices of fresh baguette topped with a roasted garlic spread, roma tomatoes and fresh basil. 

PRAWNS IN SALA ROSA  Grilled large prawns served with house-made pink cocktail sauce sprinkled with parsley and                                        mint.   

CROSTINI DI POLENTA  Italian yellow cornmeal slices filled with Gorgonzola cheese and topped with Parmigiano cheese.    

MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER  Hummus, Baba ganoush, blackened broccoli, and marinated olives, all made fresh in house.                                              Displayed with imported Greek feta dressed with extra virgin olive oil and oregano, warm                                             pita bread, fresh cucumbers and Roma tomatoes.

PASTA

PENNE RIGATE ALL PUTTANESCA   Pasta penne rigate in classic puttanesca sauce: sweet San Marzano tomatoes with                                                  anchovies,capers, and kalamata olives.

PASTICCIO DI PASTA  Baked pasta penne rigate stuffed with mixed vegetables and curry cream. Topped with Mozzarella                                  and Parmigiano

RAVIOLI RICOTTA E SPINACI  Ravioli filled with spinach and Ricotta cheese. Topped with butter, fresh sage and                                             Parmigiano

 

ENTREES

SALMONE ALLA   Touché  Wild Northwest salmon marinated in freshly squeezed lemon juice and herbs; oven-roasted with                                         butter and sage on top. Served with basmati rice

PARMIGIANA dI MELANZANE  A Southern Italian dish: fresh eggplant, layered with Parmigiano and tomato sauce.                                           Baked to perfection

POLLO AL CURRY E RISO  Chicken breast stewed with cream, curry parsley, and white wine. Served with herb-flavored                                      basmati rice

PORK SCALOPPINA  Carlton Farms’ pork lightly floured and sautéed with white wine sauce. Served with Yukon gold                                potatoes and crispy polenta

SPEZZATINO DI MANZO AL VINO ROSSO  Carlton Farms’ beef marinated in red wine and stewed to perfection. Served with                                                              Yukon gold potatoes, polenta croutons and topped with garlic, herbs, and freshly                                                               grated Parmigiano
